Southern California-based Bryan Exhaust had been promoting its restaurant exhaust cleaning service with an emphasis on the thoroughness of its work product. We conducted a survey of their primary target audience which revealed that the primary concern to restaurant owners was the high risk of fire damage from grease-laden exhaust systems. This called for a new emphasis in their marketing materials and, along with that, a quality upgrade for the look and feel of the materials.
